We ask that you leave all areas used as you found them. Your cooperation helps us to keep our rental costs down. We will provide you with adequate trash and recycling receptacles. We will also provide you with light cleaning supplies (ie. a broom and a general cleaner for wiping down tables and counter spaces).

We ask that you refrain from using decorations that have glitter on them. We find that it’s very difficult to clean up. A $100 additional cleaning charge will be added if glitter is used.

Usage of tape on painted surfaces (walls, ceilings, railings, door frame) is strictly prohibited. Gaff tape is permitted on the stage itself. A $100 additional charge will be added.

Multiple events may be scheduled on property on the day of your event. It is important that you arrive no earlier than the time you have noted.

Users must maintain adequate adult supervision of children at events held at the Junction Center

Users are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities while at the Junction Center

A $500 deposit is required. Users will be invoiced for the remaining balance.

Renters shall reimburse WJTL/Creative Ministries for any and all costs or expenses incurred by WJTL/Creative Ministries as a consequence of the exercise by renter and or his/her event. Such costs or expenses may include, without limitation, actual costs of materials, supplies, labor and overhead and the actual cost of restoring the property to the condition existing immediately prior to Renter exercise of the license. WJTL/Creative Ministries shall provide renter with an itemized accounting of all such costs and expenses no later than ninety days following the Event Date and renter shall remit payment in full by certified check or money order, no less than ten days from the date of WJTL/Creative Ministries accounting of damages.

The Robert M Landis Performing Arts Center is an iTicket venue. Any ticketed events MUST use iTickets for the sale of tickets. There is no extra cost associated in doing this to the party or group renting the performing arts center. There is a $5 per ticket fee added to each ticket sold which is paid by the ticket buyer when placing their order. Please contact alexa@wjtl.com to set up your tickets. She can also be reached at 717-392-3690 x 309 Additionally, WJTL/Creative Ministries will provide a box office manager at your event to sell tickets and also help your volunteers scan tickets as guests enter.

All ticketed events that are open to the public must have a total of (16) tickets set aside for use by the venue/hall. Eight tickets will be for the balcony and 8 for the floor. These tickets will be used by the WJTL staff and or its donors and often will help promote your event. If for any reason these tickets will not be used, we will give them back to you.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

The fire exit doors must remain unblocked. In addition, fire exit doors must remain closed at all times. Fire exits signs must remain uncovered and unobstructed at all times

WJTL/Creative Ministries will not be held liable for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings to event guests.

The Junction Center has 380 parking spaces. Five spaces are reserved for WJTL staff. Monday through Friday 5pm to 8pm, and Saturday and Sundays 8am -4pm during the months of April thru October, Fifty spaces are used by the local soccer league - Penn Legacy Soccer. If your event occurs as the same time as those soccer events, we strongly suggest you provide parking attendants.
