A woman of impeccable taste and hilarious vocabulary\, Winifred invites her oldest (and wealthiest) friends for an opulent garden party at Hastings Estate in New Orleans. Naturally\, her adult children are summoned home for the occasion. Each child is determined to appear as the “perfect” Hastings. But when a wayward house pet\, a tray of macarons\, and one very public masquerade ball threaten to expose everyone’s secrets\, the siblings must decide: keep up the charade or finally be honest—with each other and themselves. A comedy of manners meets comedy of errors.
