Home School Productions in Landis Hall\, Friday\, March 27\, through Sunday\, March 29\, as they bring the colorful world of Dr. Seuss to life in Seussical — a joyful musical celebrating imagination\, friendship\, and the power of believing in one another. \n\nAbout the Show\nIn this inspired Dr. Seuss musical\, the Cat in the Hat tells the story of Horton\, an elephant who discovers a speck of dust that contains the Whos\, including JoJo\, a Who child sent off to military school for thinking too many “thinks”. Horton faces a double challenge: not only must he protect the Whos from a world of naysayers and dangers\, but he must guard an abandoned egg\, left in his care by the irresponsible Mayzie la Bird.  Although Horton faces ridicule\, danger\, kidnapping\, and a trial\, the intrepid Gertrude McFuzz never loses faith in him.  Ultimately\, the powers of friendship\, loyalty\, family\, and community are challenged and remain triumphant.  \nSeussical is presented through a special arrangement with and all authorized materials supplied by Music Theater International mtishows.com.    \n\nWhat to Expect\n\nA fun\, family-friendly musical for all ages\nBeloved Dr. Seuss characters and music\nPerformance by an Apollo award-winning student theatre group\nImmersive experience in whimsical Whoville\nA joyful celebration of imagination and perseverance\n\n\nEncore!
